2. Do your scrubs fit true to size?

Our scrubs are designed with a tailored but flexible fit.
Most customers order their true size, but for an oversized or relaxed look, we recommend sizing up 1–2 sizes depending on the style. And for a more silhouette look we recommend sizing down. Our sample sale scrubs do not have any stretch.

3. Can Ethereal Scrubs be worn outside of work?

Absolutely — that’s the purpose of Ethereal.
Our designs are meant to transition seamlessly from:

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days.
During high-volume periods (launches, restocks, sales), shipping may take 5–7 business days.
Once shipped, tracking information is automatically sent via email.

6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

For hygiene and sanitation reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items.
